Yoga in Sewickley is a cozy neighborhood studio right in the heart of Sewickley. They offer beginner’s yoga, as well as mixed level classes and even restorative yoga, the chance to linger quietly in poses, savoring the peacefulness. Classes are offered between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and typically last 75 minutes. New students get a 30 days for $30 unlimited yoga deal too—sweet!
Sewickley En Pointe

Sewickley En Pointe is a dance studio that aims to provide affordable dance education to children of all ages and abilities. Director Tonya Ford has trained and dance with the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre and has been dancing for nearly 40 years. This year, Sewickley En Pointe even offered summer dance camps. For adults, roller and ball therapy classes are also offered.
625 Blackburn Rd.
The Sewickley Valley YMCA offers multiple membership options for their gym facilities, swimming pool and wellness programs. This year, they are even holding a Thanksgiving morning Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk. They are looking for involvement in their youth basketball league this January as well.
24 Beaver St.
Curves is a fitness chain catered specifically to women. It first opened in 1992 and now has chains all over the world, including one in the Sewickley area. Curves offers a 30-minute circuit exercise program perfect for busy ladies in the area, working all muscle groups and throwing in some cardio too!
422 Broad St., 2nd Floor
Yoga on Broad St. was formerly Yoga on Walnut and is now in a renovated, brand-new space. Students from all levels are welcomed for each class and contemporary music is selected for each class, making it a space that caters not only to the mom set but to millennial women as well. Classes are offered 9:30-11 a.m. and Tuesday and Thursday nights 6:30-8 p.m.
