Can you believe we’re wrapping up March already? Next weekend is Easter weekend believe it or not! Whatever you choose to do, we hope you have fun! There’s plenty of options too like a downtown public art walking tour, The Little Mermaid at the Byham and the Pens play the Flyers. Here’s our list of things to do in Pittsburgh this weekend.
Friday March 23rd
Downtown Public Art Walking Tour
The Jumping Jack Theater creates original theatrical works that are autism-friendly. There’s puppetry, social skill and communication supports ideal for an elementary student. For more information on the event, click HERE.
Saturday March 24th
Disney’s The Little Mermaid
The beloved tale comes to life on stage at the Byham Theater through Sunday only! Head “Under the Sea” for lots of fun with Ariel, Sebastian, Flounder and more. For more information on the musical, click HERE.
Mammoth Beer Mile & 5K
A beer mile is where you run a quarter mile, down a beer then repeat until you run a full mile. This race at the Westmoreland County Fairgrounds will be serving up a lot of PBR. Get your running shoes and drinking face on! For more information on the race, click HERE.
Sunday March 25th
Pittsburgh Penguins vs. Philadelphia Flyers
See the rivalry continue when the Pens play the Flyers Sunday afternoon at PPG Paints Arena at 12:30. For more information on the game, click HERE.
