Monterey Bay can be dubbed the “highest” Mt. Washington restaurant, as it is on the top floor of the building it’s in.  This classic seafood restaurant serves unique dishes that are deliciously tasty. Items like a brandied shrimp tagliatelle with crushed tomato and cream sauce, arugula, shaved parmesan and white truffle melt in your mouth. There’s also a mean lobster mac and cheese on the menu too. Desserts like an amazing peanut butter and jelly trifle don’t disappoint either.  Oh, and the views of Pittsburgh from Mt. According to Coughlin’s Law’s website, it is a “Laid-back brewpub offering tacos, pub steaks & burgers alongside beers & happy hour drafts.”  Located on Virginia Avenue, set back off of Shiloh Street and from the iconic views on Grandview, Coughlin’s Law Kitchen and Ale House features over 40 beers on tap and a seasonal menu.  The atmosphere is lively, the food is great and the views from the patio in the warmer months of the year are pretty darn good, too.

Steel Mill Saloon

The Steel Mill Saloon is located on Grandview Avenue directly across the street from the upper station and observation deck of the Duquesne Incline.  Over 30 beers and rotating taps complement the eclectic and wonderful menu, which includes buffalo brussel sprouts as an appetizer!  The atmosphere is also lively, especially during the spring and summer months, when the front is open to Grandview Avenue on Mt. Washington, and, of course, during anything sports related… like Steelers, Penguins or Pirates games!

Shiloh Gastro is “Scratch Made and Laid Back”, according to their website.  And that’s certainly the vibe you get when dining at this Mt. The classic American sports bar and grill, Redbeard’s is an iconic Mt. Washington retaurant and bar.  They actually have another location, downtown on 6th St.   The Mt. Mt.
