Waffallonia is the perfect place to grab a delicious dessert waffle. With locations in Squirrel Hill and Oakland, this is the place to go for a delicious waffle in the fall. The home of the burnt almond torte also makes delicious seasonal sweets. Prantls has locations in Shadyside, Downtown and Greensburg. Their football cookies are perfect for Steeler games and their other cookies are just to die for. They make so many delicious treats, it’s hard to name them all! Bartram House Bakery’s Apple Strudel

Fall is the perfect time of year to try the decadent apple strudel dessert at the McMurray or Wexford outposts of this bakery. It’s a puff pastry dough filled with spiced apples and raisins with the option of a scoop of ice cream on top of the fresh, warm out of the oven strudel.
