1. Demon House

2. Hundred Acres Manor

This attraction based in Bethel Park was rated one of the top haunted houses in the nation. There are six different attractions in this spooky property, some of which are a dead lift that takes you on a stomach-dropping ride and a new one for this year involving the plague. 3. Castle Blood

Head out to Monessen for this seriously spooky haunted house voted Pittsburgh’s Best Theatrical Haunted Attraction. Housed in a 100-year-old funeral home, Castle Blood features a game as you go through the house that changes each year. They even take into account younger kids with special daylight tours! 4. Phantom Fright Nights

Kennywood’s annual Halloween-themed affair has been nominated as one of USA Today’s 10 Best Halloween theme park events. Fridays, Saturdays and some Sundays turn Kennywood into a ultra-creepy good time. Outside costumes, theatrical makeup and masks are NOT permitted on the grounds. 5. 13 Bends

13 Bends is allegedly located in Harmarville, PA. The urban legend says that 13 Bends is Campbells Run Road in Harmarville near the abandoned Harmar Mine. An orphanage burned down on the grounds and killed 13 children. If you drive up and down the road, legend has it you’ll experience 13 bends going up but only 12 going down. 6. Haunted Hills Hayride

7. Freddy’s Haunts

Venture out to Aliquippa for a frightfully good time at Freddy’s Haunts. The legend behind the haunt says that Fred McCune moved his family from New York City to PA and built a gorgeous home.
