Emerald View Park surrounds the neighborhoods of Allentown and Duquesne Heights in addition to Mount Washington. The park came to fruition following a 2005 grassroots effort from the communities. For an incredible meal, visit the Monterey Bay Fish Grotto for spectacular views of the river and lots of yummy seafood. There’s classic surf and turf, scallop cacio e pepe, crab cakes and more. The Summit serves up tasty craft cocktails with fresh ingredients, homemade mixers and premium liquor. In the summer, the restaurant opens up for some front patio dining.
